Text: I acknowledged a leaf's death. I watched a leaf finally escape from a branch of a tree it had been on for all of its life. I watched it slowly glide down as the wind swiftly pushes it next to me. It was dead, it had exhausted all of its life. I was the only one that witnessed its fall. Then I realized that death happens every single day, whether you like it or not. No one cared about this single leaf dying, absolutely no one.
