Text: Pick up your notebook and write a letter to yourself. Start writing with today's date and address the letter to either your past self or your future self. You can talk to your past self about a particular incident or a decision you made earlier. Or you could ask questions to your future self. Keep that notebook with you and as you grow up and change as a person. You can answer those letters your past self wrote to you in the same notebook. Do it. You won't regret it.
