Rules and Order is not mostly important, it is also who says it and what rights he has to say that, obeying to rules which are not followed by the maker itself is not any use. Rules can be respected when the maker also abides it himself, disobeying rules made by makers who don't follow them must not be followed, revolt and protest should not be controlled and should be accepted and continued for a good reason. Equally it should not affect the innocent and the people not in fault.
