- 'Cowboy is his name
There's a hundred years of history, and a hundred before that, all gathered in the thinkin' goin on beneath his hat. The cold flame burns within him 'Till his skins as cold as ice. And the dues he's paid to get here are worth every sacrifice. All the miles spent sleepy drivin' All the money down the drain. All the 'if I's' and 'nearly's' All the bandages and pain. All the female tear's left dryin' All the fever and the fight. Are just a small down payment on the ride he makes tonight.

- SEAL Creedo
I will never quit. My nation expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than our enemies. If knocked down I will get back up, every time. I will draw on every remaining ounce of strength to protect my team mates and accomplish our mission. No matter how dark it gets, no matter how far I fall, I am never out of the fight.

- A Team's Poem
I'm a hard-bodied, hairy chested, rootin', tootin', parachutin', demolition double cap crimpin, Frogman. There ain't nothin' I can't do. No sky too high, no see to rough. Never shoot a large caliber man with a small caliber bullet. Drove all kinds of trucks. Two by's, four by's, six by's. And those big guys that bend and go TSH' TSH' when you step on the breaks. Anything in life worth doing is worth overdoing. I'm a lover, I'm a fighter, I'm a UDT Navy SEAL Diver.

There's a storm inside of us. I've heard many team guys speak of this. A burning, a river, a drive. An unrelenting desire to push yourself harder, and father than anyone could think possible. Pushing ourselves into those cold, dark corners where the bad things live. Where the bad things fight. We want that fight at the highest volume. A loud fight. The loudest, coldest, darkest, most unpleasant of unpleasant fights.
