Text: It is important that people find jobs that are a good fit for them. It is also important that employers recognize when they have good employees and do what it takes to retain them. There is a statistic I once heard; I'm not sure of the original source but I'm inclined to believe it, that money is the number one thing that attracts people to a job, but it is the number six thing that keeps them there.
