Text: Often I hear people stressing out about what they eat, when they eat, whether or not they "over-did-it" whenever they do eat. I think that's utter hogwash. Eat 'til you are satisfied, nothing wrong with eating until you have overindulged. Who needs self control anyway. Each paragraph will be a test.
