Susumu Kodai Speech on Space Battleship Yamato - Susumu Kodai

This quote was added by arakhthanda
Attention all personnel. This is Acting Captain Kodai. Our landing is about to commence. This will probably be the last battle in our long journey of 148000 light-years. In April of 1945, the battleship Yamato set sail to bring a ray of hope into a time of utter despair. We do the same. The coordinates we were sent may be a trap. We may only be playing into the enemy's hands. But as long as there is one faint ray of light in the dark, as long as we have even a chance, we must go forward.
