Text: "Writing is the only profession where no one considers you ridiculous if you earn no money." (While I appreciate the theory behind this quote, I have to disagree that it is the only such profession. Artists are another such field; many artists never made a penny off their work but were considered masters after their deaths by the very ones who turned their noses up at the artist's work while he was alive.).
