Reflexion on the Notion that "The Law is the law and it must be obliged" - Jose Luis Figueroa

This quote was added by jose_f
When I heard the expression "The Law is is the law and it must be obliged" for the first time, I did not simply accept that idea as true. There was not a connection between the law and justice. The definitions of law and justice, even though, they may appear to be synonyms they are not. A law wrongly enacted will not necessarily lead to justice being served but rather to injustices being perpetuated.
