Text: Practicing smiling" is not self compassion, it's a denial of fragility. It's a band aid over depression. When you're ok and you're alone you say: "How do I choose what I can do? I could read or create something or just daydream." Maybe it's just me, but it makes me sad to think about somebody "practicing smiling. Each paragraph will be a test.
