The stars - Unknown

This quote was added by user100054
The stars are billions of light-years away, which is why they twinkle. The light that they give off has to travel wide and far to reach your eyes and sometimes space debris gets in the way of that.

This is not true, the stars twinkle because of light diffraction in the Earth's atmosphere, it has nothing to do with space debris. Also the stars are not "billions of light-years away", some are much closer than that. The closest start to the Sun is Proxima Centauri which is only 4 light-years away. The entire Milky Way galaxy is only about a hundred thousand light-years across.
