Text: When my great-great-grandmother was a little girl, there was no such thing as telephone manners - because telephones hadn't been invented yet. When my grandmother was a little girl, no one had an answering machine, so there were no special answering machine manners. The rules for manners change because times change. But the heart of manners is always the same: showing kindness and respect for others. Each paragraph will be a test.
