Fixed Capital & Circulating Capital - Karl Marx

This quote was added by ceifero
This part of the constant capital gives up value to the product in proportion to the exchange-value that it loses together with its use-value. The extent to which the value of such a means of production is given up or transferred to the product that it helps to fashion is determined by an average calculation; it is measured by the average duration of its function, from the time it enters the production process as a means of production to the time it is completely used up, is dead.
