Dante never wrote that. The worst places in his Inferno are reserved for traitors. The uncommitted, those who lived "withouten infamy or praise" are left in a limbo, cast out from both Heaven and Hell.

Two things:
-Hell is a proper noun, and thus should be capitalized.
-Unless it is a proper noun, you do not capitalize the word following a colon or semicolon.
