Text: If two or more people are parties to an Agreement or Contract and one of the parties does not abide by the terms of the Agreement or Contract, then the other party or parties can launch a civil action for breach of contract. While a wrong-doing has taken place and the "injured" party will seek compensation for breach of contract, this is not considered to be a tort. Each paragraph will be a test.
