Accuracy?

I've been stuck in the mid- 60's to mid 70's for awhile now, and I don't think I will get any better until I improve my accuracy. Once I mess up, I immediately start focusing harder, which makes me mess up more. Does anyone have any tips on how to improve my accuracy?

Just practice typing very slowly for a week to get a feel of where your finger should be on your current keyboard, then just slowly ramp up speed and get a good rhythm.
This is what I did when I switched to Colemak last January. I was at like 10wpm but slowly got it up by typing slowly and getting the muscle memory or whatever you call it for fingers, to kinda forget about the QWERTY reflexes.

If you haven't yet learn touch typing. This is essential to typing accurately.
