Apply for another language

How would I go about if I'd like to add some quotes to a language that does not yet exist in the list of choices?

I would like to know the answer to this question myself. Is there any way we can add new languages?

There actually is. When you click on a typing test, or any test for that matter, you can change the language where it says English. Just click on it and it shows all the languages you can choose from.

I am aware of the fact that I can pick from already existing languages. What I asked is how can I add a language which is currently not on that list.
