Bad habit advice

I currently use a QWERTY keyboard and sit around 50-60 WPM at 90-98% accuracy, depending on the quote. I'm a touch typist for the most part, but I have a HORRIBLE habit of using my right middle finger for a lot of the top keys on the right side of the board. This makes my fingers leave the home row and really slows me down.

I'm working on the typing lessons available on this website, but this doesn't help the words that I already have saved to muscle memory with incorrect fingering. Does anyone have any advice for me? What did y'all do to overcome your bad typing habits?
Specifically slow yourself down, and make the conscious decision to use the appropriate finger.

Sounds pretty basic, but this has been helping me with my forefinger and some of the letters in the center. I have a bad habit of reaching over when I shouldn't be, but I'm getting better with practice. This process alone has been helping me raise my overall WPM.

Yeah I second this. I kept using my right ring finger to hit the backspace key, but I fixed it by slowing down and using the appropriate finger.
