It is possible. By right clicking on certain parts of the website, there will be an option in the right click menu that says "inspect element". From there, you can change various things such as fonts, font colours of the words of the page and possibly even the size. I recommend Googling for more as this is all I have.

The "Inspect Element" command has nothing to do with this website. That is a browser feature, usually used by developers, for debugging websites. It won't help you at all.

hold the control button and scroll your mouse wheel in or out. It is a windows function that zooms in or out which should increase or decrease the size of the text.
