Fix the rating system!

Seriously. The quote rating system is completely broken.
I just up voted a quote which had 5 out of 5 stars. It dropped the rating to under 5. This happens constantly. It also goes the other way. I down vote a quote and its rating goes up.

Do you remember which quote it was?
I've fixed some issues with the rating system 3 days ago and as a
result some cached ratings don't reflect the new values. I am going to
run an update on all the quotes to prevents the issue of weird values
when voting. I'll post again when it's done.
Update: All the quotes have been updated and you should not experience
this bug anymore.
