Hard drive makes noise now during typing test

I've now completed 3166 typing tests on this website over several months! In late September, 2013 changes (bells and whistles) were made to the website, surrounding the typing tests. Since then my hard drive is working while I'm taking a test, a very annoying occurrence which breaks my concentration and leads to me stopping a test and trying another one. If this continues, I'll have to move on to a different website!!!

I can't say I would've noticed any changes to the site. I can also think of nothing on here that would require your harddrive to start working. Maybe it's a problem not caused by the site but by background applications you're running?

Try to pass test at http://www.ratatype… and share you feedback.

I think, site doesn't matter because it's online.
