I can't log in to my account containing over 1000 races.
My username is user37933 and i logged in using my google mail.
Now whenever I am trying to sign in via google a new user id is logging in and it's giving a message that if my google account was created before 20th April then I need to reset password and login using another page. But when I try to do that and entering my email in this new page, it is saying my password cannot be reset.
Please help me!!!
I have over 1000 races on that account linked to my google mail and I can't just let it go and create a new account!

I have been having issue with the Google authentication a few days ago. Try logging in with Google again. It should be linked to the correct account now

Now, I'm facing another problem, whenever I am playing games while logged in, it automatically logs me out ( i don't even get a notice or anything) and all of a sudden after completing a text I find out that I am not logged in anymore and the race gets registered under "Anonymous-Users" credential. This has been happening quite frequently.
Please help out!

When I look at your typing history, the last 3 tests happened 18h ago. So I guess it sometimes works. What's the pattern like? Are you getting logged out after exactly 1 test is successfully saved or it is completely random?

It does appear to be random. Perhaps, although I'm not sure, after waiting for some time of being idle and then typing, it says I'm logged off. And the race gets registered under anonymous users id. Let me know if you require any further information. Thanks.

Just tried to login after a month or so and all my stats/achievements seem to have been wiped out, and the site seems to have created a new, blank account for me. Anyone know what's up?

Do you remember your previous username? I need it to fix your account.

I'm not sure - if my previous username was in the same format of user+numbers then I don't. If not it was probably Daxel or Danaaxel. Does that help?
