personal "quotes" with errors

I am finding a ridiculous amount of personal "quotes" that people post that have errors; punctuation, grammar, syntax etc.
I'm not sure how quotes with errors are being put through the system....should this site not be catching them? Should the people that read them and vote on them not catch them?
Please, if you're going to post a personal quote that you've made up yourself, at least take the time to edit them for correctness as errors can really trip people up. Why not makes things easier for yourself and find a quote online that you like and copy/paste it in rather than having to type it and potentially make errors?
