please make it an option not to have the read out directly underneath

I really like this website for typing practice, however I don't like the design much, too much white space and thing I really hate is looking at the graph and the readout while I am typing I find these very distracting, and at times, when I am not doing well disheartening. I do much better typing when I try to block out these features, but I often forget!
So what do you think would you like those as options show ' just the typing text' (and a red letter/sound to monitor mistakes) plus a choice of different colors?
