Problems with quotes

List quotes that should be removed or that are not in the right language group. I will periodically fix them.
When a quote is added it will be marked as pending until it receives at least 3 ratings. A quote will show up in the typing test if its score is above a variable threshold.

The Raven from Edgar Allan Poe is an english quote located in the french group.
