Quality of quotes decreasing?

Hey all,
Have you all found that lately the quality of quotes have been dropping? Specifically, I am running into user-created "quotes about quotes" or silly things about this website way too often; many of quotes now contain too many ridiculous fantasy names, bizarre capitalization or things that you would never encounter in any typing scenario; grammatical and formatting errors seem more and more often as well.
Is it just me?
What I've specifically noticed is a few different quotes without any periods, but they still have capitals. I hate them and every time I encounter one I rank it a one star
