Somebody remove the slow start thingy

Hello,i am bitbat, also known as Bitbat. I type frequently on this website and other sites, and there is this one feature. 3 seconds after you don't type, it says “slow start, this will impact your wpm.” This is very inconvinent for me because i type on a Logitech Slim Folio, which is mobile by the way, and i have to tap it in order to type my message.
