What do you say when somebody tells you they like them, or you want to tell someone else you like them?

Well,I just try changing the subject when somebody tells me they like me or, I will tell them I like them to or just make a face and move on. You can try one of these, they are 89% sure to work though. But when you try telling them you like them it is pretty hard. So, you try making a coversation with them. See what they like and don't like and compare yourself with that person. After a couple of days, you should be able to gather enough courage to ask them if they have fellings for you. Definitely DO NOT blow off someone by pretending you didn't hear them, or just make a face. Communication is a big part of relationships. The person that tells you he/she likes you is presumably somebody you know, and possibly someone who's friendship you enjoy.
Be brave. Look them in the eye and say exactly what you're feeling. Tell them you don't like them that way, or that you feel uncomfortable, didn't expect it, and that it's not what you want.
Think about how you would like to be treated by a person you like, if they were to let you down. Surely you'd be devastated either way, but you'd certainly hope they had the metaphorical balls to be honest and direct with you.
And if you're telling someone you like them, remember you're hoping that they'll like you too, so go all out. Use flowers, use music, poetry, drawings, whatever you have at hand. Make them realize just how much they mean to you, be willing to go out on a limb. And if they reject you well, it's not the end of the world. Swallow your pride, breathe down the panic, smile and thank them for their honesty. At this point, walk away. There's nothing more painful than commiseration from the person who just shot you down.
You can scream and cry later, when you're alone in a field somewhere.

actually I tried this with one of my best friends and it worked ( yes it was a boy). And i got a new boyfriend but he moved away we still talk to echother though but now i am single again. We both movved on!
