why does keyhero archive quotes

Two of the quotes I've submitted have "[archived]" written next to them. Why does Keyhero archive quotes? Funnily enough, both quotes had something to do with kpop but I see kpop quotes and lyrics here all the time.

Quotes are automatically archived if their score is low and can also be archived for breaking rules.

Song lyrics are technically banned quotes so if it detects them it will archive. It's not very good at sussing them out normally though
