A few days ago after waking up, I walked over to my bedroom window to look up into the morning sky. My eyes were drawn to an area across the street between a group of trees. As clear as the sun rises everyday, I saw what I thought was a bright shining star. Within a second, it shot downward at lightening speed then it was out of sight. For a moment I felt like it was waiting there just for me. Perhaps even letting me know to keep on trying and to never give up meditating no matter what. I am thankful for this experience and hope that this message will help encourage you all to stay focused while in search for your "higher self." | |
