What really helped me improve my typing speed is...
1 : Focus on the accuracy
2 : practice daily
3: Maintain good posture
4 : patience you can't build your speed in 1 week or blah blah as shown on some youtube videos . It took me around 8 to 9 months of daily practice ( average 45 to 1 hour daily ) to get around 55 to 65 wpm speed .
