Che0063 - Surely this is easy.
The easiest - often the fastest - quotes, are the ones that do not require the right hand to press the SHIFT key to make Upper Case Letters. They also tend not to include rarely used letters including, but not necessarily limited to, "Z," and "X." As well, they don't often use punctuation (Nor do they use modifiers)! Who would have imagined? This quote, therefore, I believe is, without a doubt, very difficult!

Che0063 - Dvorak.
I doubt this will receive many vote ups. The United States DVORAK keyboard layout inserts the most commonly used punctuation marks such as the comma and full stop and apostrophe first. Then it goes pyfgcrl followed by the home row including the letters aoeuidhtns and the last row with qjkxbmwvz. This is an easy quote for those using the DVORAK layout.

Che0063 - Qwerty.
The United States QWERTY keyboard layout has the letters qwertyuiop on the first row. The home row contains asdfghjkl, and the last row zxcvbnm. This is an easy quote for those using the most common yet ill functioning keyboard layout. As for people using other keyboard layouts... Maybe not so.
