If she is cis, or non-disabled, or white, or straight, etc, that disqualifies her. Because do we really have to listen to cis women of color or white disabled lesbians? Straight white cis men, on the other hand, are so brave and heroic for speaking up and acknowledging their privilege, swoon, they are valued and loved, and their opinions are always welcome.
