I would imagine that you find it rather difficult to succeed in your life with this kind of philosophy. Hard work, indeed, will bring success. There is no negative consequence to working hard. I would suggest not telling other people that their position in life is limited. Not a useful, nor a true, message.

IMO all the years of school are only for the purpose of conditioning us to accept a lifetime of mind-numbing work and an utterly pointless existence. If people aren't willing to accept that kind of life, then our society collapses. For most people, it works. They're able to integrate themselves successfully as a lemming of the adult world. But for those of us who aren't able to conform, we have to find another way to live, because the 9-5 life will be complete misery until we literally drink ourselves to death. I think there are 2 ways to go about this. One is to lower your standards of necessity so that you don't have to work so much to survive. The other is to find an alternative way to earn a living, such as starting a business, Forex trading, etc. Something that will require a relatively short time of intense effort, in exchange for long term financial security and time freedom.

That is, all your goals except the ones that are time sensitive. Of course you can also choose not to see any of them that way if you're ready to accept the consequences of being objectively late for something. Can't set an unfeasible, time sensitive goal, and a goal of not being late.
