You know that you are just putting random capital letters. And you need to learn to add full stops and commas. I personally think you should change this. But without that, I think it's a pretty good one.
This doesn't make sense, and is probably misquoted. It should read "if it's the FORMER, it's time to change your mindset". The former is the negative one, the first one. "Latter" means the most recent statement, which is the positive one.

Well... realistically the amount of money we have determines our ability to create an environment where all those things are possible. If you can find a way to become wealthy without sacrificing your sanity, and you know how to use that wealth well, then money makes the biggest impact on happiness of anything in existence.
