Text: Parkou or "free running" is like an obstacle race. You get from point A to poitn B using your arms and legs. Parkour includes running, climbing and juumping. A person who practices parkour is a traceur (boy or man) or traceuse (girl or woman). Parkour is originally from france. Some people don't want porkour in public areas.
