Text: Well, this happened to me for like 6 times but when I got my goal, I stopped trying and then, when I try it again like 3 months later, I have to restart. Well, once I accomplished to make a split but then I stopped trying and a few years later, well, I can't do a split any longer. So this is just like your typing skills, if you stopped trying to type, your typing will get worse. You will lose most of your muscle memory. So you better keep typing until the end.
