Peety boi
- Typing at midnight
I sit here at midnight. Typing on my favorite website, as my fingers delicately press each key at the precise moment automatically without my brain fully comprehending the way it all works... The more that I think about it the worse I seem to type. The trick, I find is to just type and shut my brain off completely.

- Downvote those dumb quotes
All quotes are not created equal, some of them are downright annoying, even if I downvote them, they seem to have a habit of just popping right back up, why? Anyways, just a thought.
An Impatient man
- Typing and Patience
Making errors in typing can make you impatient and try to go faster, when in fact, you should do the opposite. Patience is key when trying to learn to type. Slowing down with each error made will help you with accuracy and speed. Nothing is slower than missing.
Mr. Zorg
- The Fifth Element
I hate warriors, too narrow-minded. I'll tell you what I do like though: a killer, a dyed-in-the-wool killer. Cold blooded, clean, methodical and thorough. Now a real killer, when he picked up the ZF-1, would've immediately asked about the little red button on the bottom of the gun.
David Lynch - Dune
- Mentat Mantra
It is by will alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of Sappho that thoughts acquire speed, the lips acquire stains, stains become a warning. It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.
David Lynch
- Meanings
It makes me uncomfortable to talk about meanings and things. It's better not to know so much about what things mean. Because the meaning, it's a very personal thing, and the meaning for me is different than the meaning for somebody else.
David Lynch
Absurdity is what I like most in life, and there's humor in struggling in ignorance. If you saw a man repeatedly running into a wall until he was a bloody pulp, after a while it would make you laugh because it becomes absurd.
Spectoclees
- Loudness
The loudest voice in the room cannot hear any opinion but its own, for it has chosen a decibel value that allows nothing else, even if it could hear another's voice, it matters little, the mind is already made up.
Frank Herbert - Children of Dune
Pain is a function of nerves, Idaho reminded himself. Pain comes as light comes to the eyes. Effort comes from the muscles, not from nerves. It was an old mentat drill and he completed it in the space of one breath, flexed his right wrist and severed an artery against the shigawire.
Robert Deniro
- Taxi Driver
June twenty-ninth. I gotta get in shape. Too much sitting has ruined my body. Too much abuse has gone on for too long. From now on there will be 50 pushups each morning, 50 pullups. There will be no more pills, no more bad food, no more destroyers of my body. From now on will be total organization. Every muscle must be tight.
