Well-defined soft tissue density mass measuring is noted in laterobasal segment of left lower lobe. There are no foci of calcification within the lesion. On post contrast study, the lesion shows significant heterogeneous enhancement with few non-enhancing areas.
The mass has caused cut off of left lower lobar segmental bronchus causing subsegmental atelectasis of the left lower lobe.
Medially the mass has encased descending branch of left pulmonary artery without its luminal narrowing.
Anterolaterally, the lesion has abutted the chest wall with contact of 52mm causing erosion of left posterior 6th and 7th ribs with invasion of adjacent soft tissues.
• Consolidation changes with air bronchogram is noted in lower lobe of left lung adjacent to mass and similar consolidation changes with air bronchogram measuring approximately 35x28 mm is noted in anterior segment of upper lobe of left lung.
Few homogenously enhancing lymph nodes are noted in mediastinum, which are subcentimetric size in short axis diameter, largest measuring 13x7mm in right lower paratracheal region.

In Jon's dream he sees through the eyes of his direwolf, Ghost, who is hunting in the woods somewhere south of the Wall. In the dream Ghost is aware of the presence of the other stark direwolves Nymeria, Shaggydog and Summer. Jon is awakened from the dream by Jeor Mormont's raven.
He resides in the old quarters of Donal Noye, since Stannis occupies the King’s Tower and the Lord Commander’s Tower has burned down. He reflects that Ghost knows that Grey Wind is dead, but his other brothers' wolves are still alive. His wolf dreams are becoming more vivid and more frequent, and he wonders if part of Bran and Rickon survive in their wolves.
As Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, Jon heads off to treat with King Stannis, who has requested his presence. As Jon crosses the yard, he gives advice to sparring recruits and is challenged to a duel by Ser Godry Farring, from Stannis’ retinue, but ignores the challenge. On the steps up, he runs into Sam before finally arriving at the King's Tower.
Stannis has been unsuccessful in seeking allegiance from the lords of the North; the latest rejection letter is from Lyanna Mormont. So far, the only house to have declared for him is House Karstark. Stannis asks for gold from the Night's Watch to pay off Salladhor Saan.
Jon recommends he take White Harbor for that, but Stannis dismisses its lord, Wyman Manderly, as fat and useless. With wildling refugees still seeking shelter south of the wall, they discuss Mance Rayder, whom Stannis intends to burn as a deserter, his wife's sister Val, and his child.
Jon mentions that Gilly is acting as wet nurse for her own child and Mance's, and that he plans to send her and her babe away south. Stannis approves once he learns that Gilly's child was born of incest.
Stannis is demanding lands and castles from the Night's Watch. Jon has already ceded land in The Gift, and refuses to let him have the castles. He offers instead to have his own officers man the abandoned forts, to command Stannis' men as a garrison. Stannis grumbles and threatens Jon before allowing him to leave. Melisandre, the priestess of R'hllor, follows Jon out from the meeting.
Jon is wary of her but she warns him not to refuse her friendship, saying that she has seen him in her visions. Underneath the Wall, she tells him to be wary of foes behind his back and daggers in the dark. Jon assures her he is aware he has enemies in the Watch, to which Melisandre replies "You know nothing, Jon Snow".

Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group
Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) exists to meet the Australian Defence Force's (ADF) military equipment and supply requirements as identified by Defence and approved by Government.
CASG is a key delivery agency for Defence capability. The primary role is to acquire and sustain world-class capability for the sailors, soldiers and aviators of the ADF.
CASG is made up of the following divisions:
Air Domain Divisions
Aerospace Systems Division
Aerospace Systems Division manages the acquisition and through-life support of selected aircraft and large remotely piloted aircraft systems for the ADF.
Air Defence and Space Systems Division
Air Defence and Space Systems Division acquires and sustains Integrated Air and Missile Defence and Space related capabilities.
Joint Aviation Systems Division
Joint Aviation Systems Division acquires and sustains helicopters, tactical level uncrewed aerial systems and pilot and aircrew training systems and aviation commons for the ADF.
Business Management Divisions
Commercial Division
Commercial Division is an enabling function that supports Defence Groups and Services to deliver the commercial outcomes necessary to achieve the Defence mission.
The Division assists Defence manage commercial risk across the capability and procurement life cycle to ensure Defence meets its objectives maximises value for money and meets legislative and mandatory requirements.
The Division is also responsible for managing the Defence procurement policy, the ASDEFCON suite of templates, strategic panels and the procurement complaints scheme.
Engineering, Technology and Materiel Logistics Division
The new Engineering, Technology and Materiel Logistics Division is key to better harnessing the engineering and materiel logistics expertise to transform the way in which Defence designs, develops, and sustains equipment for the ADF in support of the National Defence Strategy.
The Division is driving technological advancements together with cyber worthiness to equip the ADF with world-class capabilities that are secure by design.
Group Business Management Division
The Group Business Management (GBM) Division is responsible for CASG business planning, operations, governance and international engagement (including Foreign Military Sales).
The Division delivers corporate services for CASG including development and management of the CASG Business Plan, CASG Group Operating Budget and CASG Culture Action Plan.
Industry Engagement Division
The Industry Engagement Division of Defence supports the vision for a robust and secure domestic industrial base. The responsibilities include implementing the Defence Industry Development Strategy, supporting Australian industry capability and managing the Global Supply Chain Program.
The Division also provides advice, guidance and mentoring to small and medium enterprises, develops workforce and skills policy, promotes Australian defence companies at international events, and manages the Industrial Intelligence Capability Program.
Strategy, Planning and Independent Assurance Division
Strategy, Planning and Independent Assurance Division is responsible for ensuring that capability program delivery is set up for success, through collaboration in the early stages of capability planning and capacity planning.
The Division leads the program management policy and practice, and provides Smart Buyer and Independent Assurance services and consolidated performance assessment and reporting across Defence Delivery Groups. The Division also delivers disposal services across Defence.
Joint Systems Division
Joint Systems Division acquires, integrates and provides through-life support to a range of command and control, communications, satellite, tactical interoperability and electronic warfare systems.
Land Systems Division
Land Systems Division is responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of Land capability in order to enable the ADF to generate and support deployable Land power for the Integrated Force in peace and war.

CASG has international offices in London, United Kingdom and Washington DC, United States of America.
London office
The London Office (CASG-L) is a focal point for CASG activity in the UK and Europe, providing acquisition and sustainment support to Defence and other Australian government agencies. It maintains strategic contact with Governments, Departments, and industry throughout UK and Europe on Defence matters.
CASG-L is headed by the Counsellor Defence Materiel and is an integral member of Australian Defence Staff London.

Washington office
The Washington office (CASG-W) is a focal point for Defence industry engagement in North America, providing support for procurement, foreign military sales, capability acquisition and sustainment acquisition policy and freight forwarding.
CASG-W is headed by the Minister Counsellor Defence Materiel and is part of the Australian Defence staff presence at the Australian Embassy, Washington DC.
Patient appears comfortable with no signs of distress. JVP 7 cm at 30 degrees. No heaves or thrills on palpation at lower left, upper left and upper right sternal borders. PMI is at mid-clavicular line in fifth intercostal space. Carotid upstrokes are brisk and without bruits. Regular rate and rhythm with normal S1 and S2. No S3 or S4 sound heard with patient in the left lateral decubitus position. No murmurs with patient in left lateral decubitus or leaning forward positions. No clicks, rubs, or gallops. Heart sounds were appreciated with both bell and diaphragm at upper left and right sternal borders, lower left sternal border, and in left 5th intercostal space at midclavicular line.
No signs of cyanosis or edema present. Nail beds appear normal without clubbing, and no varicose veins are seen. Carotid, radial, femoral, popliteal, posterior tibial, and dorsalis pedis pulses are equal and +2 bilaterally. No lymphadenopathy in axillary, epitrochlear, femoral, or superficial inguinal lymph nodes. Temperature of legs and feet normal. Capillary refill normal using Allen test.
