[SELECTIVE PROSECUTION : THROWING STONES & ATTACKING ARMED FORCES]
We compare parallels between an offence committed by Israeli settlers and Palestinians on stone throwing to armed forces which constitutes the police, armed personnel as derived from the Israeli Penal Law.
In February 2023, settlers in Huwara throw stones at the army (IDF) and a settler even tried to run over an IDF officer with a car. In which, the offenders were released.
In comparison with the Palestinians. Children as young as 8 are subjected to detention whilst being blindfolded. Another case is 5 year old Muhammad R. Elayyan who was summoned to the police station for an alleged offence of throwing stones to officers.
The punishment for throwing stones is a minimum of 3 months and maximum of 5 years of prison under Israeli Penal Law. For Palestinians, the punishment for throwing stones can go up to a maximum of 20 years under martial law (according to Al Jazeera & Jordan Times). This is almost equivalent to the prison sentence of much greater offences such as attempted murder in most jurisdictions.
It is devastating to see the law applied irregularly where children, ultimately, due from being a certain descent received harsh treatments for an offence that is yet to be proved.
*Note that Israel applies a civil law system on settlers (including those in the West Bank) and martial law system on Palestinians.

The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. 8 Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear." (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.)
