It's easier to tell people the truth than to lie. And it's an even better feeling when you finally tell someone something, and it goes well. However, when you bottle something up, it sits on your chest and weighs you down until you finally tell someone about it. But if you don't tell them because you know how they will react, then bottling it up and waiting until the time is right for you may just be the best option.
