- 29 Minutes - OTH
Tree Hill is just a place somewhere in the world, maybe it's a lot like your world; maybe it's nothing like it. But, if you look closer, you might see someone like you; or someone like my best friend Haley. If you're married, a senior in high school, and not sure if your husband is still alive, your world is a lot like Haley's. Today was supposed to be the best day of her life. But, it's amazing how things can change in a blink of an eye, or in this case, about 29 minutes.

- Love this game - OTH
You know it's been said that we just don't recognize the significant moments of our lives while they're happening. We grow complacent with ideas, or things or people and we take them for granted and it's usually not until that thing is about to be taken away from you that you've realized how wrong you've been, that you've realized how much you need it, how much you love it. God, I love this game.

- Everyday Is A Sunday Evening
Life's funny sometimes; can push pretty hard like when you fall in love with someone but they forget to love you back, while your best friend and your boyfriend leave you alone, like when you pull the trigger or light the flame and you can't take it back. Like I said, in sports they call this 'stepping up'. In life, I call it 'pushing back'.

- Everyday is a Sunday evening - OTH
Stepping up. It's a simple concept. It basically means to rise above yourself; to do a little more, to show you're something special. Something like this. Lucas is gone, but that doesn't mean the season is over. As a matter of fact, I say it's just beginning. You might want to stay out of my way for a while.
Hanna Marin
- Best of
Paige wasn't in Spanish today. Yo hablo sicko!" "I wear three inches or I wear nothing." "You know what they say: if the feather fits." "Nothing works under water, it's a scientific fact!" "Do I get to slap her again?!" "She can't just disappear; this isn't Hogwarts." "We should push a table in front of her and see what happens." "Who cares how a cell divides? It just does." "I can't go around without a phone - that's like going around without a brain... or shoes!
Aria, Emily, Spencer and Hanna
- Pretty Little Liars
"You're leaving because it's easier to walk away than fight for what you really want Emily." - Aria Montgomery "I guess goodbyes are the only perfect things we get since Alison died..." - Emily Fields "Well you know what they say about hope, it breeds eternal misery that you can't get rid of.." - Spencer Hastings "Everyone's got a life that no one know's about sometimes we keep secrets.." - Hanna Marin." We can't do that because were in this together to find A or Alison or whoever killed Alison
Blair Waldorf
- Fashion - Gossip Girl
Fashion is the most powerful art there is. It's movement, design, and architecture all in one. It shows the world who we are and who we'd like to be.
Sophia Bush
- Unique
Know that someone out there believes in you and loves you. And if you haven't met that person yet, you will. You are valuable. Special. And you matter. The things that make you different make you unique. And unique is beautiful.

- Someone - One Tree Hill
Sometimes, it seems like you are the only one in the world who's struggling, who's frustrated, unsatisfied, barely getting by. But that feeling is a lie. And if you just hold on, just find the courage to face it all for another day, someone or something will find you and make it all okay. Because we all need a little help sometimes. Someone to help us hear the music in their world, to remind us that it won't always be this way. That someone is out there. And that someone will find you.

- You realize you're happy - One Tree Hill
Sometimes pain becomes such a huge part of your life that you expect it to always be there because you can't remember a time when it wasn't. But then one day you feel something else... Something that feels wrong, but only because it's so unfamiliar, and in that moment, you realize you're happy.
Meredith Grey
- Get Real - Grey's Anatomy
It's a common belief that positive thinking leads to a happier healthier life. As children we are told to smile, be cheerful, and put on a happy face. As adults we are told to look on the bright side, to make lemonade, and see glasses half full. Sometimes reality can get in the way of our ability to act the happy part though. Your hope can fail, boyfriends can cheat, friends can disappoint. It's in these moments, when you just want to get real, drop the act, and be your true scared unhappy self.

- Bad things - Grey's Anatomy
We do our very best but sometimes it's just not good enough. We buckle our seat belts, we wear a helmet, we stick to the lighted paths. We try to be safe. We try so hard to protect ourselves but it doesn't make a damn bit of difference cause when the bad things come, they come out of nowhere. The bad things come suddenly with no warning but we forget, that sometimes that's how the good things come too.

- Where we belong - Grey's Anatomy
It can be scary to find out you've been wrong about something. But we can't be afraid to change our minds, to accept that things are different, that they'll never be the same, for better or for worse. We have to be willing to give up what we used to believe. The more we're willing to accept what is and not what we thought, we'll find ourselves exactly where we belong.

- How do you live with it? - Grey's Anatomy
We've all done things we aren't proud of. I understand that. I know nobody's perfect but how do you live with it? How do you get up every morning and face the world knowing you could've done better, that you should've done better. Is sorry enough? Can an apology actually heal our wounds? Ease our pain? Can it undo the hurt we've caused?
Callie Torres
- The brain - Grey's Anatomy
The brain is the human body's most mysterious organ. It learns. It changes. It adapts. It tells us what we see. What we hear. It lets us feel love. I think it holds our soul. And no matter how much research we do, no one can really say how all that delicate gray matter inside our skull works. And when it's hurt, when the human brain is traumatized, well, that's when it gets more mysterious.
Lexie Grey
- The odds - Grey's Anatomy
Screw the odds, people die of the hiccups. My mother died of the hiccups. And survival rate for that is what, 100%? The odds are that she should be alive right now. The odds are that the odds mean crap. So people face it, and they should fight.
Izzie Stevens
- The odds - Grey's Anatomy
You say they have a choice. They can run away and hide from it, or they can face it. You say they need to be around the people who love them because it's gonna be the toughest fight of their life and no one should have to do it alone. And then you give them the odds. And even though a 5% survival rate is bad, it's really bad, you say... you say...
Mark Sloan and Lexie Grey
- I'm in love with you - Grey's Anatomy
Mark: Lex - I'm still in love with you. I tried not to be, but it didn't work. And Sloane's gone, there is no baby. And I don't want to sleep around. I want another chance. I'm in love with you. Lexie: Karev, he's... Mark, I have a boyfriend. Mark: I know, I'm saying you could have a husband.

- Rest of my life - Grey's Anatomy
If she's going through her worst right now, I want to go through it with her. She makes me happier than anyone I've ever known, and if I can have a part in making her happy again that's all I will want to do. That's all I will want to do for the rest of my life.
Alex Karev
