I was practicing to increase my WPM, I practiced every day, 7 days a week. I said to myself that when I reach 70 WPM I would take a very long break because I felt like it was high enough. After reaching that goal, I didn't stop. I continued to practice until I reach my highest which is above 100, I thought it was enough to take a very long break, but guess what. I did not stop.
