- The Light of Encouragment
A few days ago after waking up, I walked over to my bedroom window to look up into the morning sky. My eyes were drawn to an area across the street between a group of trees. As clear as the sun rises everyday, I saw what I thought was a bright shining star. Within a second it shot downward at lightning speed then flew out of sight. For a moment I felt like it was waiting there just for me. In my heart I felt more empowered and encouraged to continue my nightly meditations. I give thanks!

I became recently aware that my soul did not originate from this planet. I often wonder about my light-body family that I had to leave behind to pursue mandatory alchemy lessons here on earth. How often do they think of me? Do they sometimes come visit me in my dreams? I saw my own light-body once.
