When you grow up on a "Indian Reservation" there are different levels of poverty. It could be you're able to afford electricity and water, but aren't able to buy shoes when you need to. It could be that you are able to have a hot meal every night, but it's just potatoes and homemade tortillas made by your elder. You could have the latest and greatest things but your house is held together by duct tape. The hardest choice is deciding whether or not you want to stay there when you become an adult.
