That is a most miserable and treasonous man. Treasonous to all his fellow humans, and to G-d as well. Expect for the "perhaps" these are fighting words, meaning such a man deserves no good place amoung fellow humans. A jail or some deserted island best be as his home. There on that deserted place, be it Johnson Atoll, or in the deep taiga of the Sayan Mountains in Southern Siberia, he would feel at one with nature.
