Text : Salmonella is a facultative anaerobic bacteria and over 2000 serotypes are encountered. While Salmonella is usually heat-sensitive, it does acquire heat resistance in high-fat environments such as peanut butter. Most of the infections are caused by Salmonella enterica (Salmonella typhi) or Salmonella schottmuelleri (Salmonella Paratyphi). The infection by these two organisms is also collectively known as enteric fever as the infection takes place in the intestines of the infected person. Chaque paragraphe sera un test.
