Text: It's currently June 2, 2020 and there are protests going on all across the country supporting the Black Lives Matter movement. Police brutality is a real problem in this country because the system was built on injustice and racism. There needs to be change. Sign petitions, donate your time and money, attend protests if it's safe for you to do so, and most importantly, don't stay silent. Staying silent is choosing the side of the oppressor.
