It is not referring to a 'one night stand'. She is referring to a breakup with a significant other.
Saying while they were together and shared their home (sleeping in the same bed), the other person acted detached and wasn't present in the relationship. Showing numb detachment, as some men do right before they break up with a woman.
The Ex in this quote must have told her he loved her, and she is calling BS, because she is hurt. Saying they must never have loved her, because they emotionally distanced themselves from her.

Sounds like they had been talking marriage at one point too. And she is viewing their past declarations as false, because of her current hurt.

Wow, Stacy, you gots to learn that the other person in a relationship has their own feelings, and you do not own them, you do not manage them, you have little idea what they are. You can't force someone to love you and equally you cannot demand that they not love you. You only fool yourself, and make a lot of bad feelings in yourself, and by acting on that self-delusion, likely cause others to stumble and be confused too. You can and you did say in this heated moment that you did not feel the love from this person you bedded with, and that's honest. But telling someone else that they were cold and detatched inside?
