Chuang Tzu

This quote ble lagt til av katemeister86
The fish trap exists because of the fish. Once you've gotten the fish you can forget the trap. The rabbit snare exists because of the rabbit. Once you've gotten the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words exist because of meaning. Once you've gotten the meaning, you can forget the words. Where can I find a man who has forgotten words so I can talk with him?

NIce logic, but words are a bit different. They do not trap concepts. Well, idealistically speaking, in the true language, they do not trap concepts. Ideally the ideal words LIBERATE the underlying concepts.

Yes, words can trap. Run and return. That is, throw, catch, return. But positive words used properly liberate, increase the good. There are negative languages that trap bad concepts. Hard to maintain, and who speaks real Sanskrit anymore!

I think I prefer word judo. Redirect the energy of concepts to one's will. Or rather to the goodly will. And like judo that takes many generations of training.
